    • Minor differences in colors or embroidery may appear due to screen variations or material availability.
    • Providing accurate measurements is the customer's responsibility; any error may affect the final result.

  • 2) Pricing & Payment

    • All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise.
    • Available payment methods: KNET, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay.
    • Prices or promotional offers may change without prior notice before completing the order.

  • 3) Shipping & Delivery

    • We provide delivery within Kuwait and GCC countries.
    • Delivery times vary by country and destination; an estimated time will be provided when preparing the shipment.
    • Any customs duties or local taxes in the recipient's country are fully borne by the customer.

  • 4) Cancellation & Returns

    • Returns or refunds are not possible once production has started because the products are custom-made.
    • If the store makes a mistake (fabric, embroidery, or design), we commit to repairing or replacing it at no additional cost.

  • 5) Quality & Warranty

    • We ensure all products are manufactured to high-quality standards.
    • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse or improper care.

6) General Clauses

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • All intellectual property rights for the content and designs on the website are owned by Ibda Taylor and may not be used without prior written permission.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes will be referred to the competent authorities within Kuwait.
